  1. Great video showing two very different approaches to financial social media. Unfortunately the financial services industry is hard-wired to expect an ROI in any marketing effort. Whether it’s cold calling, direct mail or seminars- we operate with an expectation that X many calls/mailer/invites will lead to x number of leads, and in turn x number of appointments and x number of clients. Social media doesn’t work that way. It takes time, training and aptitude to get it right. @victorgaxiola
